If you can get a dvd of windows it will be much easier.  Try making the usb using Belena etcher software.

Did you try booting the boot usb on another computer?

If it won't boot from usb then dvd it the only solution left, even install xp to get it going and install windows 7 within xp.

hello i managed to switch to the windows install part but unfortunately windows is loading files ...

It could be either the usb drive or the hard drive is failing.

There is no problem with the USB drive, I formatted my other machine 25 minutes ago, I should not have a problem with the hard disk, I use it constantly, finally I have tried and tested the rams. What else can I do.

The media you are copying onto the usb may be corrupt.

Does it boot and load on another machine?

HP Recommended

yes it is loading

All that is left is the hard drive.
