I went to turn on my HP Pavilion today and there was nothing but weird computer lines on the screen, nothing recognizable. So I turned off the computer. When i went to turn it back on it just flashes a yellow light on the cpu and beeps. Any idea on what this means?
Thanks

Hi
PCs will usually provide a specific beep code when a hardware problem occurs. Can you identify a specific beep cadence?
Listen to the beep code. Then check this site https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1997210-1528385-16 to see if you can match the error code you hear and see to the problem.
