Several issues have occurred, such as the fingerprint scanner stopping but later being fixed, problems with right and left clicks, keyboard and mouse functionality, and BIOS lock. On some occasions, it has been necessary to reinstall Windows from the drive due to a corrupted Windows update. Additionally, there was an instance where no sign-in options were available, requiring another reinstallation of Windows. There was also a situation in which the system remained in the booting process for several hours
