Product: HP 22-C0039 All In One Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm wondering why one message continues to show on my HP Support Assistant ~ Software & Drivers Updates available to install ~ HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 8431) seeing that I already installed it on Sept 21, 2021 and it is in fact showing on my listed installations as HAVING been installed on that date?  Thanks for any help someone can give me.

Sorry, what is it that you don't understand?
this is precisely what I indicate, and the version is obviously not for your computer, so yes, you should not install it

last should be

Thanks, Promethee, but I'm unable to figure this out.  Since it's only a "recommended" installation and not a vital installation, I've decided not to bother with it.

Same problem! I've tried EVERYTHING! Including reading all the fine print with a fine tooth comb more times than you can count. I'm just about done with this thing. Originally here looking for any trade in programs, but no luck there if your from the US. So, I'll settle for this if this works. Fingers crossed. 🤞  Glad for this Community!  Thank you ALL!!  😊🖖
