Missing PCI Serial Port HP Z620 Windows 10 x64

Hi, after reistall windows 10 x64 ver 16299 i have the Device Manager

without correct driver of:

SAS controller

PCI Serial Port

the first solved with the driver attached

For the serial port, you need this driver...

This package contains the Intel Management Engine Software version 11.0 for the supported Workstation models and operating systems. This package installs the latest Management Engine Interface (MEI) and Serial-Over-LAN (SOL) drivers, as well as Intel Management and Security Status (IMSS), to support Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) versions 8.x and 9.x.

If you open a command prompt as Admin and type "driverquery /?"  you may get about 245 drivers listed in Windows 10.

The sermouse is upto date, 2021, 4 years ahead of the game.  So there be generic Microsoft alternatives.

The problem was by defaul the installation setup doesn't work beacuse they don't install after decompress

so I started to start the SetupME.exe but he told me that a more recent version was already installed

then i go to device manager and i select PCI Serial Port and i go to the driver location es:C:\SWSetup\SP74499\Drivers and they update perfect the driver

Now work fine !

Yes, sometimes you have to manually install the driver when the auto install doesn't work, just the way you did it.
