@Danielatheer -- it could be a dead power-supply It could be a dead motherboard. It could be a dead CPU. It could be a bad power-cord. Some desktop computers have an "off/on" rocker-switch near where the power-cord connects to the power-supply -- check that the rocker-switch is not set to "off".

@Danielatheer -- my computer was working like 1 year ago i do not understand whats going on
Since those "simple" trouble-shooting steps did not resolve the issue, and because I am guessing that you are not familiar with disassembling a computer to do some "part-swapping", e.g., "try a different power-supply", I recommend that you take your computer to a qualified computer technician, and pay them to trouble-shooting & repair.

@Danielatheer -- they said the repair was unsuccessful
Don't shoot the messenger.
How much money did they charge you? Did you set a limit on the invoice for the repair,
e.g., "if your cost for your time exceeds 1 billable hour, stop trying" ?
Did they say what component was "unrepairable" ?
Hopefully, you can physically remove the disk-drive, to keep a copy of all your Personal Files.
Attach that disk-drive as a "secondary" disk-drive in some other computer, and copy your files.

@Danielatheer -- they charged me $600
Ouch! That is a huge amount of money.
I found this web-page: Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion P6000 Series - Geekbench Browser
where they reviewed the P6000 series in September 2012 -- almost TEN years ago.
If that is the approximate age of your computer, then "20/20 hindsight" suggests that your $600 should have been invested in a brand-new computer that run Windows 11, instead of Windows 7.
Sigh.

@Danielatheer -- that is not my computer age. idk what age it is, but that is not the age.
Hmm. Can you please clarify?
Try this:
- Hold-down the Windows key (bottom-left of the keyboard)
- Type "R"
- Release the Windows key
- Into the input-area that appears, type CMD
- press ENTER
- into the window that opens, type DIR C:\ /A /O-D
- press ENTER
Note: type as many "spaces" between the above words as you want.
What are the dates of the last few folder-names that are listed?
Some of the dates may correspond to the date/time on which you most-recently installed Windows.
That might infer to you an indication of the minimum age of the computer.
