Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a refurbished HP system, which I received as a replacement for my original device. Upon receiving the system, I requested and was granted an extended warranty until December 2024. I have an email from an HP employee confirming this. However, the extended warranty has not been added to my system. Despite my attempts to follow up with the employee who granted the warranty, I have received no response.
I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Please provide the appropriate contact or steps to apply for my extended warranty as promised.
