Hello - Microsoft 365 was not working on my HP ENVY laptop so I deleted it and went to reboot. Now I can't reboot computer. it's asking me to open a command prompt. Which is x:\windows\system32>

 

not sure what to do next

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
