Need to replace the hard drive in my Desktop 570 - p094. How to create recovery discs?

I am replacing the original hard drive with a new SSD drive in my HP Desktop 570-p094. How do I either create recovery discs or order them from HP? In HP Support does not look like there is an option to order them. Also, want to make sure I can reinstall Windows 10 when new hard drive is installed.

Hi:

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
