I have not gotten a single case response to my warranty dispute, i have tried reaching the call center, yet ignored again i understand its still kind of holidays but there should be at least someone able to answer my mails or at least calls. I really dont know what to do so this is my last chance to get at least an admin or someone who can contact the hp support to contact me bc im getting hopeless. Thank you for any response 🙂

We shall escalate this issue to the concerned team. The next team will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
