Suddenly started seeing blue screen on start up with message ‘. Boot device not found 3F0 error code.

i have run the hardware checks from hp and all have passed.

i created a new recovery usb drive from another laptop , but then I get a popup with error -

[startnet] Error, Get failure from Dynamic Recovery Tool

and does not proceed.

what can I do next here? Any pointers appreciated.

Press f11 while the computer is starting. Or, press and hold f11 as you press the power button.
Select Troubleshoot from the menu options.
Select Recovery Manager, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
