Product: HP S2031 20 inch diagonal LCD Monitor

My computer is in recovery manager but will only allow me to choose one option system recovery ...it won’t allow me to click on I’d like to take precautions back

up files...is there anyway around this issue so that I don’t lose everything

Can you do a "normal" restart of Windows, and then create your "backup" set, selecting a format for the backup that is compatible with the format that "System Recovery" uses?
