27 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 27 all in one will not turn on.  The light is on where you plug it in at.  I unplugged it and held in the start button for 15 seconds, plugged it back in and nothing.

@Conbender -- have you tried a different external power-supply?

Do you have a friend with a similar computer, so that you can test your power-supply with their computer?

Did you purchase the computer within the last 12 months? If so, then contact HP Support to make a claim against the HP Warranty. HP will repair/replace your computer, at their expense.

I tried my power cord in a different CPU and it charged it. Use the power cord from the other CPU and it didn't turn on my omputer.

Does that mean that two different power-cords will NOT work with your computer?

If so, then the power-socket on your computer might have broken-away from your computer's motherboard, so that none of the power coming into your computer "goes anywhere".

A computer technician should be able to repair/replace that socket, for a fee (complete disassembly, a bit of soldering, reassembly, and testing).

Or, if your computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support to make a claim against the HP Warranty, to have HP repair/replace the computer, at HP's expense.
