OMEN by HP - 15-ce002la

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the HP Cloud Recovery Tool while trying to back up my system. Here’s some context:

I have an OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx, and about two years ago, I upgraded my storage from an HDD to an SSD (970 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB). At that time, I successfully used this tool to transfer the OS from the HDD to the SSD without any issues.

Now, I want to upgrade again, this time to a larger 1TB SSD, but I’m encountering a problem. When I try to use the tool, it says that the Product ID is invalid, even though I’m entering the correct ID from the back of my laptop.

The exact error message is:
"La ID del producto no coincide o no es válida. Póngase en contacto con el soporte técnico de HP."

I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated, as I’m looking to complete the SSD upgrade soon.

Thanks in advance for your support!

It seems like an issue with creating a recovery media using the HP cloud recovery tool and you have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting steps to fix it due to product number showing as invalid. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
