Hi all, 

My 2 year old laptop suddenly appeared with lines all over the screen, including pink, green and white with some horizontal and some vertical (see attached photo). Nothing has been spilt and the laptop has not been dropped. Does not allow me to move the mouse or every time I press anything nothing happens. Have turned the laptop off and waited and turned it back on and nothing has changed. Just wondering if there is anything I can do myself? Thanks for the help.
