I have fixed this problem like this:

 

First, make sure the "Legacy boot" options etc. are enabled, it's the default in my case!

HDD option are left as AHCI, we can't change this...

 

And do this steps:

 

1. In BIOS, go to Boot Order

2. Disable UEFI boot options

3. I'm using a USB stick to boot Win 7 and it's detected as another Hard Drive called "Sandisk", reorder the USB stick as the first hard drive, so it will be booted first.

4. Save and reboot

5. Install Win 7 from the USB drive smoothly!!!

 

FIXED!!!

 

NOTE: I'm actually had this problem on HP 280 G2 SFF, but I'm sure it's the same with the MT!
