Hi,

Here's the problem, you're running Windows 10.

The Intel Chipset (Link) and MEI driver (Link) HP provides runs on Windows 8. HP does not support Win 10 on your PC.

Try them to see if they will install and fix the Device Manager error.

Hi,

I don't know if installing Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 will fix this.

You could experiment with this on a different HDD or SSD.

I see a Nvidia Unified graphics driver within Windows 8 at the HP download site. The HP PC I had a problem installing a retail graphics card in used AMD Unified graphics drivers.

Hi,

My head is spinning.

I can't parse the data anymore and can't isolate the problem or problems. It appears to be a brew of problems that compound with each new post.

Maybe a different forum member can assist.

Very sorry, can't help.
