Getting BSOD and all avenues to reboot hit a dead-end (local or internet-based).

Only way out seems like a fresh reboot but I have no idea how to get my windows activation key.

Any helps is apprecated.

Hi:

 

Your PC's W10 product key is encoded in the BIOS.

 

You don't need it to reinstall W10.

 

W10 will automatically find the key, install and activate.

 

Your PC is also supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC
