Windows 7 Key

Hello! I have PC HP Pavilion HPE h8-1000ru. I want to change Windows 10 to Windows 7, but my key dont work on Microsoft site. On Microsoft site write, that "The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options."

Did you Upgrade the PC from Win7 to Win10?  If so, two things happened.

First, MS reused the Win7 key for Win10.  If you now reinstall Win7, I don't know if that key will still work.

Second, the upgrade corrupted the recovery information on the laptop, so now, you would have to do a clean install to get Win7 back on it -- and for that, you need the key.

But microsoft, does not deliver iso with an OEM key, hence the message

you must find another iso, same version in order to be able to reinstall it
