Hi, I have a problem with the all in one device 22-3104nl. the mouse jerks, the cause of this problem is the video card. I wanted to know which version the device came from the factory with.

I solved the problem. You need to download AMD Cleanup Utility.  after following the steps you need to download AMD UMA graphics card driver on hp official driver site

Hi:

 

Based on the release date of (24-Sep-2015) for your PC's model series, it would have come with the 1st release of Windows 10, which has gone out of operating system support a long time ago.

 

Have you tried the last driver that AMD released for your PC's graphics adapter?

 

It will be the last one they release, as the graphics your PC has was moved to legacy support.

yes I tried to install the latest driver, from the official Amd site. but the problem persists.

Have you tried the original graphics driver from the support page?

If so, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try other than to see if installing the AMD chipset driver helps.

 

You want the W10 64 bit driver

what makes you think that?
if you have the original configuration, it's not extra
See with this, if you have other problems
processor hard disk memory usage, for example:

apart from the problems with the mouse, everything ok?
have you, replace the batteries, try another mouse, is it the same as at the beginning, a mouse, it also gets damaged over time!
