I know I need a windows recovery disk, I went to the microsoft website. It said I need to contact HP, they said go here. I typed in my product and It refused to help me so I am here.
When I boot into recovery it just goes to a blank blue screen with a cursor, nothing else. When I try to boot normally it loads forever and nothing happens.

Hi there @Oshwa,
I hope you find your Support Forum experience a positive one! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that you are looking for recovery media for your computer. I am happy to help with this.
Depending on your computer model Recovery media may no longer be available, but if it is, please see: HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive, for instructions on how to do that.
Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.

@Malygrls1
I cannot create a recovery kit, and none are available. Pressing F11 Says it is loading, then it goes to this screen: http://imgur.com/CsXhHer
I'm assuming I am going to have to buy a repair disk from Ebay. Can I get any Windows 7 disc or do I have to get the one specific to my model? I have a Pavilion p6620f PC, what disc should I get?

Ideally you would want recovery media specific to your model, but if that is not an option, then you could use a supported OS and use the drivers from the support page.
