We have a new hp all in one. i think we are running windows 11. about a week ago it started running really slow. I would like to reset it back a month before the problem developed. how can i do this? I ran the fast scans and everything passed. The slow problem is not consistent. some times when I start the computer, everything is slow and sometimes not.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the built in system restore utility and find a restore point that is closest to the time you remember your PC was working normally.

This guide will show you how to do that.  The last item toward the bottom of the page--Restore from a System Restore Point.
