Hello Sir previously i have preloaded operating system windows 8 pro ,My hdd getting crash so when i reinsall with a new hdd it can not activated, so please provide the recovery media link

The product specs for your PC indicate that it came with FreeDOS, not Windows.

 

HP All-in-One - 20-r201il PC Product Specifications | HP® Support

 

That means there is no license or product key to run any version of Windows.

 

You are responsible for providing your own Windows operating system license and product key and there is nothing that HP can do to help you.
