OK, so were you able to get XP to install using the F6 prompt to install the sata/raid driver?

HP Recommended

yeah, i still gotta try... but i got i doubt at this point: if i'm using Floppy driver i do not need anymore to use nLite for slipstream. right?

HP Recommended

That is correct.

Just use your original XP installation disk and put copy the file contents of the XP driver folder I gave you onto the floppy disk drive.

Watch this video for how to install the driver...

Nothing. I'm trying every drivers you gave me, but it or show me the 0x00007b blue screen error, or says "cant load ahci86.sys/ahci64.sys", error 18...
I really dunno T.T

Or even says "impossible to find amd_sata.sys", even if it is there...

I read this online: "Just remember that the structure of the floppy needs to be this way:

X86 (folder with the ahcix86.cat, ahcix86.inf, and ahcix86.sys files in it)
AHCIX86 (file)
TXTSETUP.OEM (file)

All 3 should be listed this way off the root of the floppy."

I tried to do this withe x86 and x64 drivers, only the x86 go further (while x64 says "cant load the file ahci64.sys"), but it says anyway the 0x000007b error 😕

Sorry that nothing worked for you.

I would create two folders on the diskette, namely 'X86' and 'X64'.

Into each folder, I would put all the files, i.e., the same files (32-bit and 64-bit) will exist in both folders.

So, no matter in which folder the "installer" looks, it should find the files that it wants to find.

Yeah. But even finding the right drivers, it gave me the 0x000007b error.
That is the main problem 😕

Any suggestion about that?

Based on what i see on the web, i should set to configuration from AHCI to ATA in the BIOS, the fact is that i can't find it in the settings.
My HP's BIOS (or UEFI, i dont know how to call it) have less options...
Any ideas?
