AMD Radeon Settings Not Opening

HP Recommended
HP All-In-One 24-E027c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Microprocessor: AMD A9-9400 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G   (2.4GHZ)

System Memory: 8GB

           Memory Slot 1: 8GB  Samsung 2400MHz

System Board: 8381 1000

System BIOS: F.20

My AMD Radeon Settings won't open when I click it in the start menu.

When I click on it, the cursor turns into the "Working in Background" cursor, then it goes back to the normal cursor. image.png

I can still use Radeon Relive (with the 'Ctrl + Shift + E" & 'Ctrl + Shift + R' shortcuts).

Thank you!!

Install and reboot:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88444.exe

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91607.exe

The BIOS version is upto F.35 we'll do that on later if needed.

Hi, thanks for replying! I clicked the second link & downloaded the application, but it seems like the driver isn't downloading.
It's been like this for hours. Is this normal? Thanks!

@ElijahHenry

That is the AMD Radeon Graphics Driver.

Try rebooting, then try installing again.
