AMD Radeon Settings Not Opening

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit 

Microprocessor: AMD A9-9400 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G   (2.4GHZ)

System Memory: 8GB

           Memory Slot 1: 8GB  Samsung 2400MHz

System Board: 8381 1000

System BIOS: F.20

My AMD Radeon Settings won't open when I click it in the start menu.

When I click on it, the cursor turns into the "Working in Background" cursor, then it goes back to the normal cursor.

 I can still use Radeon Relive (with the 'Ctrl + Shift + E" & 'Ctrl + Shift + R' shortcuts).

Install and reboot:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91607.exe

The BIOS version is upto F.35 we'll do that on later if needed.

Hi, thanks for replying! I clicked the second link & downloaded the application, but it seems like the driver isn't downloading.
It's been like this for hours. Is this normal? Thanks!

That is the AMD Radeon Graphics Driver.

Try rebooting, then try installing again.

I downloaded the first link you sent, restarted my PC, downloaded the drive, and AMD Radeon Settings is now working! Thank you so much!
