My AMD Radeon Settings won't open when I click it in the start menu.

When I click on it, the cursor turns into the "Working in Background" cursor, then it goes back to the normal cursor. image.png

 I can still use Radeon Relive (with the 'Ctrl + Shift + E" & 'Ctrl + Shift + R' shortcuts).

Install and reboot:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88444.exe

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91607.exe

 

The BIOS version is upto F.35 we'll do that on later if needed.

Hi, thanks for replying! I clicked the second link & downloaded the application, but it seems like the driver isn't downloading.
It's been like this for hours. Is this normal? Thanks!

That is the AMD Radeon Graphics Driver.

Try rebooting, then try installing again.

I downloaded the first link you sent, restarted my PC, downloaded the drive, and AMD Radeon Settings is now working! Thank you so much!image.png
