I am writing to request an OEM authorization letter for our company, 

We are in the process of bidding for a certain tender and the buyer has specified the need for an OEM authorization letter to be submitted together with the bid.The company Maltechnobytes (Pty) Ltd is already an authorised reseller of HP products. 

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing us with the necessary authorization letter.

You can start the partner application process from there. If you are already a partner you should have an HP partner rep that you could work with regarding programs like GEM.
