It appears that I have problem signing on to the HP web site. When I try to run the HP Support Assistant or try to sign on the web site I get a spinning circle and it never connects. The circle spins in the sign on window and in the initial HP Support window. Any help is appreciated.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
May I know if you are able to access other websites?
Also, try a different browser and check if the issue persists. You could also clear the caches and cookies to check if the issue persists.
