Hi. I have an HP OMEN Desktop 870 244 with Windows 10. I am trying to download my bank statements but it keeps saying I don't have an app associated with this file and I need to download one or if I have one associate it in default apps. I tried downloading file viewer 3 and pdf openers but nothing works. The file type I'm trying to open is .asp but I've also had this same message appear while trying to open .pdf's. I think I'm doing something wrong. Since my computer is out of warranty, I can't get any help. I am not very good with this kind of thing. So if someone can help me I need very detailed instructions. Thanks.

Normally Bank statements should be in PDF format but this is depending on which bank. Please check with your back first. asp is normally a webpage itself when opening.

Please download and install Adobe reader
Hope this helps.
Regards.
