Hello,
I purchased my computer on December 31, 2015, and the computer warranty indicates that it expired yesterday 10/28/2018. The Z230 has a 3/3/3 warranty, so it should run until December 31st, 2018.
I have the invoice to prove it.
Can you help me with correcting the warranty date?
thanks,
Tomas

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
