Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At startup my computer shows a yellow and white box what's a black string at the back it's saying HP support assistant click okay and try again or re-enter the alternate path to a folder contains the installation package HP support assistant. MSI in the box below use Source C program data

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting an HP support assistant installation error on startup.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you boot the computer is Windows and then download and install the HP support assistant from the below link and check if it helps.
