It was a motherboard-related issue. The built-in camera was not detected in the BIOS, and the Ethernet connection was also not functioning. The HP service center replaced the motherboard, and all components are now working perfectly.

Hi @mkmr484,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
When an HP OmniStudio reports that the camera is blocked or turned off by a switch, it is almost always due to a built-in privacy feature. Because you are using an All-in-One desktop, try sliding the physical camera shutter to the open position or check for a physical privacy switch.
If the physical switch is toggled and the issue persists, the steps below can help resolve the privacy and driver blocks:
1. Check Windows Privacy Permissions:
Windows 11 features strict privacy permissions that can lock your webcam.
- Right-click the Start button and select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy & security on the left menu.
- Scroll down to App permissions and click Camera.
- Ensure Camera access, Let apps access your camera, and Let desktop apps access your camera are all turned ON.
2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Camera Driver:
Device Manager toggles sometimes fail, so doing a clean driver reinstall is often necessary.
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Cameras or Imaging devices.
- Right-click your camera device and select Uninstall device. If a prompt asks to "Attempt to remove the driver for this device", check the box.
- Restart your PC. Windows will automatically reinstall a generic webcam driver.
3. Install Optional Windows Updates:
Windows 11 frequently releases updates that patch webcam firmware compatibility issues.
- Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.
- Click on Optional updates and install any available driver/camera updates.
4. Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics:
To test if the hardware is fully detected at the firmware level, use HP's built-in tool:
- Search for and open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Navigate to Component Tests > Camera and run the test.
I hope this will help.
Take care and have a good day.

No, nothing is working. Even I reset the pc, installing Windows from the cloud is not resolving the issue. Now I am facing issue with Ethernet LAN driver (not working). I think it is a problem with Windows updates. I am looking forward to the Windows 26H2 version, for me, the 25H2 version is a bit problematic. Also, I am contacting HP service center to look into it.
