I understand how frustrating that can be! Since the USB dongle is an accessory, there’s not much we can troubleshoot. The best option is to get it replaced. If your product is still under warranty, please visit your nearest HP authorized store with the invoice, and they’ll assist you with the replacement. Is there anything else i can assist you with? 😊
