Ok, so you updated to Windows 11. It isn't quite ready for full use yet. What you updated to is what is known as a beta (test) version of Windows. Here is an article with a good walkthrough of how to get back to Windows 10. Let me know if you have any trouble, and I'll try to help out as best as I can.

The go back option is grayed out. I tried to attach a photo but I guess it didn’t work. 
Its grayed out and says this option no longer available on this computer.
