I tried to reactivate microsoft word. Prompt said to enter product key. I entered my product number which isn't  isn't the25 letters needed. I checked on the back of the monitor and the same product number is listed that was on the box. However, that product number doesn't work when entered. How do I get help with finding out how to get help with confirming my product number?

The product number printed on the PC is most likely for Windows, not for MS Word.

The MS Word product would have its own product key -- and that either came with the PC on a card (if you bought the PC from HP with MS Word already preloaded) or would have come separately with the product purchase.

HP does not maintain records of individual product keys with individual PCs, so HP would be unable to provide the key.

You can do an online search for MagicalJellyBean Key Finder to see if that can locate the key installed already on your PC.

If that does not find it, you would have to buy a new license key.
