I brought a brand new hp laptop 3 months ago and when I turn it on, the power stays on and the caps lock light is blinking 5 times slowly (white) and 3 times fast (white). There also no sound (no fan) coming from my laptop as well. I use my laptop for work everyday so please help

If the battery is internal, you don't have to remove it. You may skip that particular step of removing and proceed further.

I clicked on the link and read that it’s a hardware issue. How can it be a hardware issue when this laptop is only 2 months old??? I take really care of it, never spilled any liquids on it, never dropped it. It’s really frustrating that I spent over $300 and in just two months and it stops working
