Product: All in one PC 24

My desktop recently took a fall and the screen is cracked and has a broke screen in the middle.  Almost as if a ball hit it. Still turns on, but mainly black on bottom half and touch screen doesn't work.   I've called a few places and was told it's pretty much unfixable.  The warranty is already expired as well.  Curious if anyone has any ideas on how or where to fix or if I'm SOL? 

Any info would be great.  Thanks.
