Connect second monitor HP 24F 23.8 Inch HDMI (not touchscreen) to HP Envy 23 Beats Audio- All in One

[personal information removed]Case Subject:  Envy 23 Touch Screen All in one PC OS Build 18363.1379 Windows 10 adding the second monitor display HP 24F DISPLAY Serial # 3cm0480wmd (No touch screen) with HDMI cable. Not working. Will not register the second monitor with the provided HDMI cable. Both systems have HDMI capabilities.

What is your HP Envy 23 Beats Audio  ? How do you connect them ? You HP Envy 23 Beats Audio  machine may not have video out port.

HDMI input only on the Envy 23 All-In-One system serial# 8CC502005Q MODEL # 2-o0014

Possibly need USB to HDMI adapter (output). Connect HP 24F Display HDMI Cable.

(Does not have a USB-C port).

Updated Windows 10 HDMI Port not working after Windows 10 Upgrade.
Method 1: 
1. Tap on Windows Key.
2. Click on the Search bar.
3. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting.
4. Click on View All and then click on Hardware and Devices.
5. Click on Next and follow the instructions.

Method 2:  drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps.
1. Tap on Windows Key and click on the Search bar.
2. Then type” Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting.
3. Click on View All on the left panel of the screen.
4. Then click on Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.
5. Click on Next and follow the instructions.
"uninstall the graphics drivers from device manager and install the latest graphics driver"

All fixed!
