HP All-in-One 22-dd0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this brand new HP All-in-One 22-dd0xxx monitor because I work from home and needed the second large monitor. However, when trying to connect it to my HP EliteDisplay E221 it does not detect a second screen. I have tried to update the system, I used a DP to HDMI cable and also a DVI to HDMI cable. I have a Surface Pro that connects just fine to my EliteDisplay so I don't think there is anything wrong with the second monitor. Please help!

@BossLady21

What is your HP All-in-One 22-dd0xxx  ? Does it have video out (normally HDMI out) port ?

Please use the following way to work out what is your machine.

Regards.
