I purchased this monitor today and was advised by sales staff that it supported AMD Freesync. The documentation in the box was scant - only a quick setup sheet. I haven't been able to find a user guide on the web, only a datasheet which does not mention Freesync. I need to know if this monitor supports Freesync and how to enable it. Otherwise, I'll have to return the unit. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply but it seems that the monitor does not support Freesync. The user manual in the link provided makes no mention of it . I would have expected that selecting the 'gaming' display option would have opened a sub-menu to enable Freesync. This monitor wasn't listed when I checked with AMD for supported monitors, so I've returned it to store and have purchased a monitor with Freesync support - unfortunately not HP as one wasn't available for pickup.
