Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

 

i hace an hp  laptop model 850 G5, recently acquire and HP eye ease monitor to use as a dock station, but whne i connect it trough usb-c to my latop  the screen of my laptop goes black  and the monitor doesnt find the input signal, if i disconnect the usb C the image go back to the laptop, any one else with a similar issue or fix?
