Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi all

 

This is a follow-up information post on my previous post Video feed from camera in HP Health Care Edition HC270cr is always black on Apple Macbooks which is locked now. I just talked by phone to HP Support Switzerland and the rep conferred with another specialized department. Their response: unfortunately, this display is not supported on Apple macOS.

 

For all others having the same issue: bummer - but at least a clear answer. If inc ase anyone manages to get the display to work on macOS - I'm interested in eventual solutions.
