Ghost circle HP All-In-One - 27-n121 Touchscreen
Product: HP All-In-One - 27-n121 Touchscreen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
Ghost circles and erratic mouse behavior
So
Completed Reset the computer,
Disable, unistall also the driver "human interface" touchscreen
After the computer restart / boots the problem came back again.
Window 10 is updated.
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu
Component Test:
Touch Pointer Test: 102 of 165 block did not disappeared
Drag and Drop Test: No block moved
Video Card Test: Nothing happen.
Q1: What is next step.
Q2: If I diable the touchscreen driver, will ghost circle and erratic mouse behavior problem solved
Any driver update from this will help. If yes which one.

@HP6203 Here's what you need to do, to identify the issue and resolve it accordingly:
- Check if an alternate monitor works fine on this computer, if not available, check the BIOS screen to identify if it's either a hardware or a software issue:
- If it works fine on the alternate monitor or the BIOS (Accessed while tapping F10 during a restart for HP computers) it's a software issue & I suggest creating a new user account to check if that works better, for starters or contact the manufacturer or the desktop for support,
- However, if it doesn't work within the BIOS or if you've got an option to check with another monitor and that doesn't work either, I'm afraid it's a hardware malfunction.

Thanks you very much for detailed reply.
I formatted the heirard drive.
Updated all drivers and bios from HP website
Then still gray circles showed up.
I disable Touchscreen driver, and have not seen gray circle since last two days.
If it shows p I will try second monitor as you suggested.
