HP Envy All-in-One PC 27
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HDMI port is disconnected and does not send a signal to the monitor, I have updated the drivers but nothing; when I turn on the computer it connects to the monitor: HP 27fw 27-inch, but seconds later there is no signal. Suggestions??

Hi@Fredy3,

Wehave done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to check to get to know its hardware is faulty, not a software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
