Hi,

My monitor shows "Power button is locked" or "Power button is unlocked" randomly anytime.

Also, i am not able to use any of the 4 (except Power) buttons to get to OSD menu as whenever I click any of the button, it just switches off the monitor.

I tried holding Power button for more than 10 seconds, nothing happens after 10 seconds.

I cannot do factory reset as I cannot get to OSD menu.

No button appears to be  stuck as I am able to press all of them and there is no stuck feel.

@MDP_1

I reviewed your post and I understand that the monitor buttons are not working.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I see that you are already tried all the relevant troubleshooting steps and I looks like a hardware issue. I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for the monitor.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
