Funny that you claim that 'the option for the backlight hours is not available for the Omen monitor.'

 

It very much exists on my Omen 32 monitor and I believe it indeed sits in the 'Information...'  submenu.

 

So I think you actually may have meant 'the option for the backlight hours is not available for the Omen 27 monitor.'
