VH240A MONITOR

Hi - has anyone had issues with HP Service Orders for defective monitors? I opened up a case for my defective monitor (under warranty) 3+ months ago. I received a replacement about 45 days later and it arrived damaged with a cracked screen. That was on 12/23/2019. It is now 2/1/2020 and I have not received a replacement. Like clockwork, the delivery date is delayed about every 2-3 weeks. It is now showing 3/3/2020...4+ months now to receive a replacement?!?! I have called customer service weekly for the past two months and have received zero help. What can I do? Any advice would be appreciated.
