I have had issues with one particular monitor in the office recently. The screen blinks and goes black, and I have troubleshooted every available method that I know.
When we connect any other of the identical monitors, they work immediately. If we move that monitor to a different workstation, it still does not function.
I am looking to file a warranty, but as always, the warranty dates are misaligned from my purchase date. I have searched HPs website for the past 45 minutes trying to find another way to dispute the warranty but have been reserved to this. The warranty says it is out of date, but I have proof of purchase that puts it still in warranty.
Can I please get a support ticket created, or speak with an agent to help me through this process as the Claim Filing through the Support Center has been down for me for the past 5 days.

I understand that you want to update the warranty, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.
