Hello,
Our TouchSmart PC will no longer turn on. It was working yesterday but today will not turn on.
The LED on the back of the computer where the power supply meets the PC is off. When you press the power button the LED light flickers green one time but remains off. The computer does not power up at all.
I have tested the power supply with a laptop and it is working. I have also tried another identical powersupply on the PC but the same thing occurs.
Thanks

I have a similar issue except the power led on the back is lit, when I hit the power button I hear it try to start then it immediately stops. I'm guessing that's the motherboard also> yes?
