HP Recommended

I have a HP laptop that runs Windows 11 and for some reason my home screen is all black. I've rebooted it several times and troubleshooted the display settings and enabled and disabled the theme nothing seems to work. I even did a hard reset. ( heald power down for 10-15 sec. and turned it back on ) does anyone know how to resolve this ???
